FACULTY OF MANAGEMENT SCIENCE STUDENTS ASSOCIATION (FAMSSA)
Famssa is an association which was setup to have a good leadership with the aimed to embrace and help students in faculty of management science and disseminate relevant information that will useful for students.
we discovered that most of the students failed some course in the faculty and according to little research i made i discoverd that it was due to lack of relationship between the department in the faculty because if there is any leadership of students in the faculty there will be a clear understanding that will help the students to pass some courses that they were finding difficult especially Accounting and this particular course we saying It happens to be the most simplistic course but the students failed due to the lack indepth of the course and it is very pertinent to grasp the epistemology of each course before being valiant in the course.
Apart from this there are many important and useful of this association that will help student's to obtaining a auspicious results and to have a little understanding about leadership.
Leadership is also important in an association because it sets a clear vision and communicates effectively to students. The clear vision gives them a better understanding of association direction and makes them realise their roles and responsibilities.
Effective leaders have the ability to communicate well, motivate and inspire their students, listen to their feedback, and have the flexibility to solve some problems that is related to association as a whole.
