Students Other fee payment form: thats the payment of #2200 slip printed in your dashboard of Students portal together with the registration fee.
How To Get Enrolled In KASU Sick Bay?
1. Locate any of the Kaduna State University Medical Center (Sick Bay), of any of the Campus your faculty is resided.
2. Visit the reception of the Medical Center, and give them the photocopy of your other Fee payment slip( the one indicating payment made).
3. A file will be open for you, and a patient card will be given to you.
4. As well a six digit Unit numbers will be asigned to you, to whom will serve as your Sick Bay identity number. (eg 12-12-20)
5. This number will also be used in the absence of your card, as such you should take extra cares of it.
The following are the only acceptable ways of getting your Patients Card, any change made will be updated.
